- Data proccesing
- The data we store are only the information you enter yourself while creating an account and the data used when placing an order. We store this data as long as we require but you are always free to have us remove your account and data.
- Orders
- When you place an order on our website you understand the local laws in your country concerning laserpointers and agree to be at least 18 years old. Orders are not binding untill payment has been received.
- Cancellations
- When you succesfully made the payment to Starlight lasers and want to cancel the order afterwards, you may do so by contacting us through the contact form. Cancellations have a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount paid. Refund will be made within 7 days of receiving your cancellation.
- Shipping and out of stock information
- All orders will be shipped for free to all supported countries within 48 hours of placing the order and succesfully receiving the payment. We have the right in case of out of stock items to deliver them within a maximum of 45 days, when we fail to deliver the ordered products you may request a full refund without paying the canncelation fee.
- Prices
- Prices in our shop are including 21% dutch vat unless you provide a verified vat number which in that case the tax drops to 0%.
- Warranty information and conditions
- All products come with a 2 year warranty from the date of receiving the products. Any broken or damaged products should be reported within 7 days of receiving the products so please inspect them carefullly when you receive the products. After 7 days you can still request returns for damaged / faulty products by requesting a return in the footer. We will either repair or replace the sent back product(s) depending on the conditions. Product must be complete, Used as described in the user manual, undamaged with exception of normal wear and tear and shipped back with tracking information. Any known damages must be stated before shipping the product back to us. Shipping costs for returning the product(s) are for the customer but we will ship it back on our cost.
- Product use conditions
- All products come with a online user manual hosted on our website. Customers must use our laserpointers described there or it will void the warranty.
- Copyright information
- All product images and any other information hosted on this website are copyright by Starlight Lasers® and can only be used when you got permission from us either by e-mail or written letter.
- Disclaimer
- Starlight Lasers® can not be held responsible for any misuse of our products. Mistakes made in our webshop such as prices and typo's might occur and we remain the rights to cancel any order you made.
